Raise a support ticket instead. It asks for the two things a licence answer needs — your claim code and your machine ID — so the reply comes back in one email rather than three, and you get a reference to quote.
You do not have to ask — the security pack is published in full: the architecture, the data-protection note, the deployment guide, the software bill of materials and a completed vendor questionnaire. If your reviewer has their own questionnaire, send it over and we will fill it in.
We use what you send here only to answer you. Please don’t attach client documents — we have no need for them, and no way to work on them.
