Claim a licence

Install first, then claim.

An Oxofolio licence is signed for one computer, so we cannot issue yours until we know which one it is. Install the app, read the machine ID out of Settings, and paste it in below — the licence file downloads straight away.

From the email we sent when you paid.

Oxofolio → Settings, near the bottom. Please use the Copy button rather than retyping it.

Recorded in the licence and used to send you a copy of the file.

One claim per computer. If you bought several seats, come back with each machine ID in turn. Already claimed this computer? Submitting again returns the same licence rather than using up another seat.

Replacing a computer or reinstalling your operating system? That is a reissue, not a new claim.
