No. Every tier includes every workspace in the app. What changes is how many computers the licence covers, and whether you get a named contact and help with an IT review.
Buy them when you need them — a second purchase joins the same organisation, so your firm has one account with two entitlements rather than two unrelated ones. Ask us if the timing is awkward and we will line the renewal dates up.
They are not a conversion of one another. Each is set for what the software is worth in that market, which is normal for an Indian company selling abroad — and the two rails carry different payment and tax costs on our side. The software and the licence are identical either way.
Rupee prices are taken by Razorpay, dollar prices by Dodo Payments. Use the toggle at the top of this page if you have landed on the wrong one — a card issued outside India will generally not go through on the rupee rail.
Yes, on every rupee purchase. Tick “buying for a business” at checkout and give your GSTIN, and a tax invoice with the SAC code, the place of supply and the tax split is emailed with your claim code — the document your accountant needs to claim input tax credit.
Dodo Payments is the merchant of record, so it works out and collects whatever sales tax or VAT applies where you are, and issues that invoice. Nothing is added by us on top.
